Master Your Mind, Master Your Life
Improving Your Awareness
You can improve your relationships by increasing your awareness. Mindfulness 2.0 is "being curiously present with a willingness to challenge assumptions."
It's mindfulness for the masses, not a yoga or far eastern religious practices. When we're mindless, we create limiting categories in our lives that hold us back.
Mindfulness 2.0 can be practiced in everyday life, at any time, by anyone. It's the filling of the mind, not the emptying of it.
As long as there have been minds on the earth, there has been both mindlessness and mindfulness.

Your Mindset Determines Your View Of The World
When we learn to master our mindsets, we begin to master our lives. We focus on a couple of proven techniques for mindset mastery.
The first mindset technique is shifting from a judger to a learner. It's similar in nature to growth and fixed mindsets. The judger is fixed and limiting. The learner is open and responsive.
The second mindset technique is going from an inward mindset to an an outward focused mindset.
No one masters their mindsets 100% of the time, however, learning to shift when we catch ourselves can greatly elevate our lives and relationships.

Happiness Is An Advantage
You were born to be happy. It's automatic in children and flows out of us when we let it. So, why aren't you happy all of the time?
Well, that's a bit complicated, but the gist of it is that you can be happier, it's a choice. Your happiness has little to do with the circumstances of your life and everything to do with the choices of your life.
There are natural happiness boosters which most of us move away from when we get older. For example, the power of play, mastery and flow, possessing a purpose, exercising, spending time outdoors, gratitude, and serving others are a few natural happiness boosters.
